The Sub-Fund aims to invest in a portfolio of investment grade bonds which have been labelled as Green, Social, Sustainable and Sustainability-linked (or which have equivalent features or labels, as determined by the Investment Manager, using the proprietary framework described below) issued by governments and their agencies, state and provincial governmental entities and supranational organisations and corporations. The Sub-Fund has sustainable investment as its objective and the Investment Manager considers that the Sub-Fund's investments will qualify as "sustainable investments" for the purposes of the SFDR. The Sub-Fund pursues an actively managed investment strategy.
